One prime contractor, many disciplines
On Green Island, Welltek served as prime contractor for a Doppler weather radar for the Taiwan Air Force — planning procedures and specifications, laying telecommunication and utility infrastructure, reinforcing existing structures, and coordinating subcontractors across signal processing, radio frequency, control and mechanical work for over two years. Shortly after completion, the radar withstood Typhoon Nepartak undamaged while tracking the storm.

Working with public agencies takes more than technical skill — procedures, documentation and specifications decide whether a project moves. Welltek prepares specifications and tender documents, manages submissions for government approval, and stays responsible for logistics and warranty maintenance after handover.
