Background
Execute Project
Issue
The solar power system is important for Fuji Seal Packaging to save electricity costs and, most importantly, to qualify their products to be sold overseas.
Project
Project Requirements
In 2022, Constant Energy needed us to install a solar power system in their client’s facilities, Fuji Seal Packaging.
Project Plan
Our experience and industry knowledge allowed rapid sourcing of components for the construction and installation work to begin. Besides installing solar panels, we supported all work aspects, including the mounting structure, power grid, inverter house, water cleaning system, and monitoring system, to create a holistic system for Fuji Seal Packaging.

Reinforcing Existing
Infrastructure
Despite the solar system being planned for installation on Fuji’s factory roof, Welltek discovered the building was not strong enough to support the weight. While this work is outside the project’s original scope, Welltek Thailand assembled the relevant engineers with the know-how to reinforce and strengthen the building’s structures. With the factory retrofitted with solid support and government approval for the project granted, the installation work on the solar power system commenced.
Meeting a Strict Timeliner
Despite Bombardier’s wealth of international experience, this project involved installation work at over 297 stations located across Taiwan. As each station has a unique physical layout and geography, we provided detailed maps and illustrations to Bombardier’s engineers to integrate TRA’s track layout into their software systems. We also assemble the physical monitoring equipment to meet each station’s individual requirements. With our technicians and experts in-country, Welltek could quickly respond to any issues, minimizing disruption during the installation phase.
Results
With the project completed in August 2022, Welltek met the client’s expectations to deliver a high-quality solar power system in just 45 days. The solar power system can generate one million megawatts and reduce Fuji’s energy bills.
Constant Energy had fulfilled its commitments to a challenging contract, and we demonstrated our ability to go above and beyond to help our clients and partners build success in the Thai market.
